Who may attend Summer Camp?

Everyone is invited to take part in Brookstone Summer.  Please note that several camps have age limits, which must be followed.  All attendees must be potty trained.

How and when do I sign up?

You may sign up anytime prior to and including the first day the individual camp begins if space is available. Registration is on-line via the Brookstone web site. We are unable to accept registrations over the phone.

How may I pay for camp?

The preferred and fastest method of payment is on-line through the Brookstone web site by using a Visa or MasterCard. Payment is due in full prior to the start of camp. No credit will be extended. 

What is the cancellation policy?

There will be a $25 fee for all cancellations made less than ten calendar days prior to the start of the camp.  However, exchanges for another camp are permissible if space is available. 

Can I transfer to a different camp?

Yes, if space is available.  In order to transfer to another camp you must go online and register for the camp you wish to transfer to and a refund will be issued to your credit card for the camp that you moved from.  If you have any questions regarding payments or registration on the day of your camp please visit Jodi Saunders in the summer camp office which is located in the Extended Day room in the lower school.

Where is Summer Camp?

All camps (with the exception of fishing camps) are located on the Brookstone campus.  Fishing camps are located at off-campus ponds. Transportation is provided from the Brookstone campus. Camp web pagse indicates the the specific location where each camp will be held.  Prior to your camp you will be sent an email notifying you of your camp details, information and a campus map with your camp location highlighted.  Signs will also be posted around campus indicating the location of camps.  Camp helpers will be at each camp location to greet campers.  

What time do Summer Camp Sessions begin?

The majority of camp sessions run from 9:00am until 12:00pm.  Camp times are listed on the indiviual camp pages. Please note the start and end times for your camps. Do not bring campers to campus any earlier than fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start of the camp session.
