Spring Musical
"Li'l Abner" tickets go on sale March 16 in all four school offices!   There will be three performances --- Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings --- March 23, 24, and 25.   Try to get your tickets in advance because the musicals often sell out for all three nights----prices (in advance) are $9.00 for adults and $8.00 for students. This year's show is the delightful, "Li'l Abner," a toe-tapping, laugh-out-loud satire of hillbillies and Washington politicians based on the famous comic strip. The production stars Bobby Martin as Li'l Abner, Kate Hargrove as Daisy Mae, Warner Kennon as Marryin' Sam, Betsy Flournoy and David Hand as Mammy and Pappy Yokum, Jeremy Lott as Available Jones, and Ben Walsh as Earthquake McGoon. Also featured are Wilson Smith as General Bullmoose, Craig Wilson as Senator Jack S. Phogbound, Mary Margaret Schley as Appassionata, Sam Teeples as Evil Eye Fleagle, and Katy Capers as Dr. Finsdale. There are SIXTY-FIVE of our US students in the cast, plus more in the band.
