Basic Troubleshooting

Technology Support

Please email with problems you are having with your equipment, the network, or software use.  This helps us to organize and monitor the status of problems and their resolution as well as spot trends with equipment or training needs. 

Please restart your machine before notifying support.  Restarting will clear out settings and to re-establish links which often resolves the problem.  To restart, click on Start / Shutdown / Restart.
