Anne Elizabeth Shepherd Home

Offers specialized residential care services for girls

Girls from AESH will enjoy activities with our girls on the Brookstone campus.

Boys and Girls Club

Provides a safe place for children to learn and grow

Students will help with a landscaping project at one of the local Boys and Girls clubs.

Bridges Learning Center

Serves children with Autism and similar developmental disabilities

Students will assist with activities and accompany Bridges students on a trip to the Columbus Museum.

Brookstone School Lower School Classroom Assistant

Students will serve as an assistant for a LS/IS/MS teacher.

Brookstone Campus Projects

Students will help with campus beautification projects to include some painting and outdoor work on the Cross Country Trail and Schley Forest.

Columbus Botanical Gardens

Promotes environmental awareness, horticulture, historic preservation and agricultural values

Students will work on a variety of projects at the Columbus Botanical Gardens.

Columbus Community Center

Provides after school and summer programs for elementary and middle school children.

Students will work on painting and landscaping projects at the Community Center.

Columbus Dream Center

Provides food, clothing and other services to residents in Bibb City.

Students will work on a variety of projects including preparing food bags for distribution and organizing clothing.

Easter Seals

Provides quality services which enable individuals with disabilities or special needs and their families to achieve maximum potential.

Students will paint rooms and assist in classrooms.

Feeding the Valley

Provides food to Chattahoochee Valley citizens through Kids Cafe, mobile pantries and church outreach centers.

Students will work on a variety of projects including preparing food bags for distribution.

Fox Elementary Newspaper Workshop

Students will help Fox students prepare articles for their school newspaper.

Habitat for Humanity

A leader in addressing the issues of poverty housing.

Students will begin construction on this year's project house.

Keep Columbus Beautiful

Serves to enhance beautification and protect the environment.

Students will clean up the area around the Kolb Avenue Girls Inc. and work on a beautification project at the center.

National Infantry Museum

Preserves the legacy of our Nation's Infantrymen

Students will assist with a special project at the Museum.

Open Door Community House

Assists others to meet basic needs and to empower low income citizens to realize their full potential.

Students will assist with sign painting, clothes sorting, and preparing bags for the showering program.


Brings people and animals together through adoption and fostering program and enhances and supplements the services offered by Animal Care and Control.

Students will work on various animal related tasks.

Trees Columbus, Inc.

Works to preserve and improve the environment by protecting existing and planting new trees.

Students will work on tree projects at Dinglewood Park.

United Way Born Learning Trail

Trails provide a "value add" to communities by offering outdoor learning games that build pre-literacy skills critical to school readiness.

Students will help with the installation of a born learning trail near Fox Elementary.
