Jordan Collins Fitness ProgramsDear Brookstone Community, As the holidays have come and gone and with the new year in full swing, I know many will undoubtedly emphasize improving their health, fitness and over all well-being as part of New Year's Resolutions and staying on track with your current (or perhaps planning new) exercise goals. As the Strength & Conditioning/Fitness consultant for Brookstone School, I wanted to make sure each family in our community is fully aware of the programs offered, in order to help each of your goals. I provide specific one-on-one and two-on-one personal training, thirty minute Boot camp classes (utilizing all bodyweight movements that will not be impactful upon the spine and other joints, along with a special Youth Fitness Academy for ages 10-14. I have attached flyers for my Adult Boot camps, Youth Fitness Academy & Personal Training Rates. All first sessions will be free of charge, and I have a special referral section outlined in my "Rates" document in order to help emphasize saving money and promoting healthy group activity with friends and loved ones.
