Message from Jordan Collins:

"As the slow down of summer ends and families return back to their normal routines, the start of school is an excellent time to shed some weight and get back into shape.  As a strength & conditioning consultant of Brookstone School, I want to make parents aware of both my private and group based fitness classes. 

Currently, I hold Group classes from 12:00-12:30pm Monday/Wednesday and 5:15-5:45pm Tuesday/Thursday on the Brookstone campus.  I also have private and semi-private sessions available based on individual booking. As a special incentive, each individual is entitled to 1 FREE Group and/or Private Fitness class in order to start their goals and see if the program is for you.  Please contact me at j.collins3526@gmail.com for details on time, pricing, or any  other questions of interest."
