Parent Coffee Feedback

Thank you for attending Tuesday's Parent Coffee. We want to ease the transition to upper school, and your feedback will help us in planning future activities.

Manning Weir's 4 Things for Upper School

Please look for Manning Weir's weekly emails.  You may enjoy getting to know Mr. Weir and the upper school through this communication.

Parent Coffee Recap

In Tuesday's meeting, four upper school students, Kate Wilson, Leye Olubowale, Matt Hunter, and Allie Johnson, talked about his/her upper school experience and touched on the following topics: Service, athletics, arts, and what is in store for the next four years in academics. Chris Moore welcomed our parents and expressed our desire for your children to continue with us at Brookstone into the upper school. I discussed the transition plan in order to have a smooth shift into their freshman year and the PowerPoint can be viewed from my site. Manning Weir shared details of the support and resources that students will have in the upper school. He encouraged 8th grade parents to contact the upper school with any questions. If you were not able to attend the coffee and would like to talk with me, please let me know, and I will gladly meet with you.
