Online Enrollment Instructions 2014-2015

Dear Parents:

We are excited once again to offer online enrollment for our students. In order to confirm your child's enrollment for the 2014-2015 school year you must complete this online enrollment form and submit the enrollment deposit before March 1, 2014.

Please follow the instructions listed below to enroll and submit information for Hal.

Note: If you have more than one student enrolled, you will receive an email for each containing a unique link to their enrollment forms. Once you have submitted your first child's enrollment information, all "family" information entered for one student may be pre-populated for your other students.

The deadline for completing this online enrollment is March 1, 2014.


Online Enrollment Instructions

  1. Refer to the online enrollment email you received to access your secure login link.
  2. Create an Account / Sign In:

If you are new to infosnap, select “Create an infosnap Account”, and answer all required fields. Click “Create Account” to continue.

If you already have an infosnap account, you may use your Email Address and Password to sign in. To recover your password you may use the "Forgot Password" feature.

Please note that once you have begun the enrollment process, you may save and logout and log back in as many times as necessary. To continue your work click here.

  1. Review the “Introduction” page and click “Next >” to enter the forms.
  2. The forms will be pre-populated with some of the information on file at Brookstone School.

  3. All fields with a red asterisk are required fields. Add additional information or change anything that is incorrect, and click “Next >” to move from page to page. Clicking “Next >” on the final form page will take you to the “Review” page.
  4. Review the information entered very carefully, as this information will be downloaded into the school's database. If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “< Prev” to return to the forms. When you are satisfied with the information entered, click "Payment & Submit" in the navigation bar at the top right of the screen. To continue, all required fields must be satisfied.
  5. The enrollment deposit must be paid before the online enrollment can be submitted to Brookstone School. Online payments may be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or ECheck (ACH).

    Note: You will have the option to pay the early tuition amount in full at the completion of the enrollment process. If you elect to pay the early tuition amount when submitting the enrollment contract, please understand that it may be necessary for you to contact your bank to approve the transaction.
  6. On the “Submission Confirmation” page, you may choose to print a copy of your submitted information.
  7. If you have additional students at Brookstone School please return to your Brookstone Gmail inbox and access the Online Enrollment email for your next child.
